Sprinklicious appreciates your business and thanks you for choosing us for your sweet needs! We guarantee that all our menu items are professionally made and decorated as specified. All event desserts and custom cake sizes, flavors, and designs will be met as agreed upon in the order contract. We will also make sure all orders are ready for delivery by the date and time specified.
All our products are made to order, and a date/time advancement is required for all orders. All orders are also at a first come first serve basis and is dependent on the current schedule.
Allergies:
We use the same equipment to process our ingredient and all our products may include or have contacts with certain foods such as Milk, Eggs, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, coconut, or Wheat.
Orders and Deposits:
For all orders for events, custom orders, or custom cake orders:
A 50% deposit is due at the time of order.
'Last-minute' orders may be taken if schedule allows, and a rush fee will be applied.'
Due to food inflation: Prices on the invoice are subject to change if a deposit is not made at the time of order.
Most remaining payments on the invoices are due between 3-5 business days of the order due date. If payment is not made by the required date on the invoice, a $5 a day fee will be added to the total. If an order must be made at the time of pickup/delivery contact us immediately; a ‘last-minute’ payment fee will be added at pickup or delivery.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If full payment is not made on the date stated on the invoice and no contact has been made, the order can be cancelled at our discretion.
All deposits and rush fees are NOT refundable. If an order must be cancelled, please contact us at minimum 3 business days before the due date for any remaining payment refunds.
Once any order has been delivered or picked up and ‘accepted’ by you or a designated party, we will not offer refunds or exchanges.
Refunds may only be honored if products do not meet the size, flavor, or general description standards that was agreed up in the order contract at time of delivery or pickup only.
After orders that have been accepted and needed to be brought back (80% of product ordered) due to quality of cake (flavor and texture), Sprinklicious may consider a 50% refund of the remaining paid amount within 24 hours of event.
Please understand we cannot control changes in color, texture, shape, or design due to weather conditions. Follow the instructions given for time and temperature control of products.
For unfortunate events such as weather conditions that may prevent an event from taking place, an order being delivered or picked up: we will plan for orders to be picked up or delivered at another convenient time.
Dessert Tables and Grazing Tables the non-refundable deposit is non-refundable. However, if an event cannot take place due to weather conditions and setup is required then the following options are available: 1. The order can be changed to a different date if the date/time is available, 2. the products can be picked up or delivered at an agreed time and place, or 3. The remaining paid amount on the invoice will be refunded.
Product Care and Handling:
We are not responsible for any damage that happens to our products after the order has been picked up, delivered, or set up. The client is responsible for providing a secure table and environment. Cakes are heavy and need a reliable sturdy table to be placed, along with a cool environment of 72 degrees or below.
You or a designated party assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake(s) or product(s) once it leaves our possession.
Any damage done by placement of flowers or other items done by another party is not our responsibility. If you or another party are planning on placing fresh flowers on or in cake(s) or product(s), please be aware of flower safety and food safety practices.
Product details of safe care and handling will be provided or all orders.
Pick Up and Delivery Terms:
Event orders, custom orders, or cake orders pick up or delivery date must be given at time of order. Changes must be made 14 business days prior to pick up or delivery day otherwise there will be an extra fee.
If an order is not picked up by the given date, there may be a small fee given if needs to be picked up after the due date. If a pickup order needs to be switched for delivery 2 business days advance is needed and a delivery fee will be added.
If a client or designated party is not available to receive order during delivery, a re-delivery fee will be required to receive order(s) for delivery.
Photography:
We reserve the right to photograph baked goods and use all product photography on our website, social media, or for marketing materials without compensation to you.
Payments:
We accept payment by Cash, Major Cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay. Checks are only accepted for deposits and remaining payments 7 business days before events and due dates.
